1 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on win021, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online gambling platforms.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by win021 or any regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of win021 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. win021 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not comply.

2 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on win021. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your win021 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Keep your win021 login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify win021 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify win021 of any unauthorized access.

win021 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on win021 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. win021 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Deposits are credited to your win021 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. win021 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. win021 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your win021 account.
• win021 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status.
• win021 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

win021 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. win021 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• win021 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns to clear wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

5 Gameplay Rules

All games available on win021 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply:

• Game outcomes on win021 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. All outcomes are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, win021 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. If a round cannot be completed, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account.
• win021 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. win021 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on win021 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your account lifecycle.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with win021 games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to win021 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the win021 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any win021 software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing win021 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your win021 account.

7 Responsible Gaming

win021 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the win021 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any win021 content without prior written consent from win021.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win021 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the win021 platform.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the win021 service, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data.
• Any third-party conduct or content accessible through the win021 platform.

win021's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your win021 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

win021 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using win021, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

win021 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and win021 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

11 Account Termination

Termination by You: You may close your win021 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Termination by win021: win021 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You fail to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continued operation of your account would expose win021 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You are found to be ineligible under Section 1 of these Terms & Conditions.

In cases of termination for cause, win021 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. If no breach is established, remaining balances will be returned to you.

12 Amendments

win021 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the win021 platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of win021 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using win021 and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

win021 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of win021 complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
